Peguera

Peguera is one of the southwest's most family-oriented resorts, with three sandy beaches — Tora, Palmira and La Romana — all within walking distance of one another. The main Boulevard de Peguera is pedestrianised, lined with restaurants, ice-cream parlours and small shops, which makes the resort easy to navigate with kids and pushchairs. The transfer from Palma Airport takes about 35 minutes.

The coastal path from Cala Fornells to Camp de Mar is one of the prettiest walks on this side of the island — about an hour each way through pine forest with views of small islands offshore. Cala Fornells itself is a hidden cove with shallow water, a 10-minute walk from Peguera. For families, the Mallorca Aquarium at Palmanova is 20 minutes away by road.

Peguera is a 35-minute drive on the Ma-1, but the public bus from the airport involves a change in Palma. A Janer-Bus private transfer goes door-to-door for a fixed price, with child seats on request, larger vehicles for groups and live flight tracking — useful for late evening landings.
