What happens if my flight is delayed?

We keep track of our customers flights to monitor it's arrival time. Your driver will be there, waiting for you, despite any possible delays in your flight.

Can I change the booking details after it's confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can contact us requesting changes in your booking details. However, we encourage you to request them as soon as possible to maximize the probabilities that we can accept them.

Question 3

Where will the driver be waiting for me?

Accepted Answer

The driver will be waiting for you at gate number 7, inside the arrivals terminal building. Gate number seven is located and the left end of the arrivals terminal.

Question 4

I will be travelling with bicycles. Is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

That's not a problem, we have a trailer specially prepared for bikes and golf sticks. However, you must mention it in your booking and a suplement might be added to the final price.

Question 5

Do I have to pay for the safety seats?

Accepted Answer

No, we don't charge anything for any safety feature and the safety seats are completely free to use. However, they must be requested during the reservation process so we can put them in your vehicle.

Question 6

How and when is the payment done?

Accepted Answer

The payment is done in cash directly to the driver once you have arrived to your final destination.
